Who is Knight Knox?

Knight Knox is a UK-based property consultancy company that focuses on offering full-stack property investment services for centrally located residential properties. Knight Knox identifies real estate opportunities to invest in; the company either invests fully themselves, or on a joint-venture basis.

Knight Knox offers a variety of services to its clients. They assist them in finding and purchasing land that fits the client’s needs and works on the development of the project. So, design, securing planning permission, deal with all the legalities on behalf of their clients, assist with getting a mortgage, etc. They also offer resale services to help their clients sell their properties.

Knight Knox International was established in 2004, in Manchester. The company quickly started growing, and in 2006, the company started selling an investment property in Thailand and the United States. In 2009, Knight Knox purchased its first investment properties in Turkey, Bulgaria, and Hungary.

In 2012, the company shifted its focus towards the buy-to-let market, focusing on properties in Northern England. In 2013, they launched a real estate investment magazine called Global Property Scene.
