Reinvest 24 is a real estate crowdfunding investment platform that was founded in 2018 that’s based in Tallin Estonia. It finds apartments from developing areas and renovates them to increase their value before they are rented out for a higher price.  Currently, Reinvest 24 has over 40,000 investors from +65 countries. Over 12 million EUR is invested, and more than 4 million EUR is returned as investors capital.

Reinvest 24 was established by Mr. Tanel Orro, who previously worked for LHV (bank of Estonia). His mission was to create a platform that was easily accessible to retail clients all over the world. Currently, it belongs to a real estate agency called Tina KVB OÜ.

Investors receive dividends based on ongoing interest and should the property be sold, they are paid their share. While its hard to predict the ROI since property increases in value but investors can expect stable returns as rent is paid on a monthly basis. The yield of every investment will be based on real contracts.

Opening at account with Reinvest is very simple. The only criteria for investors are age – you need to be over 18 years old.  To join the platform, you will need to create an account using your personal details such as your name, email, etc. To verify your account, you need to upload an identity verification document such as a passport or government ID. The base currency for investing is the euro and there is no minimum deposit. You can either transfer funds via bank wire or through VISA/Mastercard.

We found the platform to be very modern, simple and straightforward; it’s also available on mobile. There are over 10 projects that have been funded through the platform, two of which are not publicly funded. They are funded through private investors for the purpose of testing the platform.

The interest per annum is over 14% which considerably high. Invest 24 is very transparent and offers their clients full details on all of the investment opportunities, such as:

Reinvest 24 chooses properties in developing areas. The company picks properties near malls, schools, parks, close to central stations and easy access to major roads. This additionally increases the value of the property.

Most properties in Tallinn are in old buildings, so Reinvest 24 will be renovated before renting them out either on a long-term basis or short-term via Airbnb and The renovations increase the property value by 20%.

Aside from residential properties, Reinvest 24 also has commercial properties. The properties are picked based on similar criteria to residential real estate. Reinvest picks tenants that are successful, well-established companies.

Fees and Fund Security

As we mentioned previously, the minimum investment is only 100 EUR. Reinvest 24 charges 2% of the investment amount to cover property acquisition expenses, as well as 10% of rental revenue generated by the properties to cover expenses related to property management.  No taxes are deducted.

Reinvest 24 insures all of their properties and secures them by a mortgage that is held by collateral in favor of all investors.

Will the properties be sold eventually?
